Laura began her Ontario Hockey League journey in the 2009-2010 season with the Mississauga Majors and Rogers TV. She was the lead reporter for the 2011 MasterCard Memorial Cup held at Hershey Centre, then became the full-time on-air host for the Brampton Battalion on Rogers TV.

When the Battalion moved to North Bay, Laura experienced two seasons with the American Hockey League's Hamilton Bulldogs, then made her transition back to the OHL when the pro team relocated, and major junior hockey returned to Hamilton. She remained the host for Cable 14 for seven consecutive seasons, along with assisting other broadcasts, including Rogers TV Oshawa and YourTV Niagara.

Now, Laura has come full circle and returns to her roots with Mississauga. She has broken barriers as a female reporter in the league, including being part of the first all-female broadcast on International Women's Day in 2019.

Laura is a certified Barre, Yoga, and Pilates instructor and also holds a black belt in Jiu Jitsu.
