Lori’s extensive epicurean background includes Executive Catering Chef, published Food Writer /Food Stylist in numerous publications, Restaurant Service/Bartender Trainer for SIR Corp. Ltd.’s. Her career profile also includes past titles of Restaurant Critic, Restaurant Consultant, Event Planner as well as being involved in some capacity with the Food Network on several television shows. She was involved with the Golden Horseshoe Culinary Team, Cooking School instructor, and recipe developer for a chain Grocer.
Lori’s fondest endeavour created a unique culinary niche by building her reputation on being the most recognisable Corporate and Private Jet Caterer in all of Toronto Pearson Airport. Her international clientele portfolio included Fortune 500 elite, Hollywood Stars, high -profile Government Officials and international dignitaries while utilizing the utmost discretion.
